-Minimum diploma/degree in civil engineering/building/quantity surveying
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in QS
- Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities and v/o
- Able to work under minimum supervision
-Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
-Prepare contracts and documents
-Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
-Evaluate progress payment and VOs, and cost-benefit analysis
-To verify subcontractor/suppliers' monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificate
- Organized and able to handle stress
