Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to develop a consistent and desired corporate image across all media platforms and publicity publications and ensure compliance with SCH Communications policy
2. Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, media network and community stakeholders
3. Creating and managing online donor system and organise fund raising events
4. Raise awareness of organisation mission and values to external stakeholders
5. Manage online donors and volunteers systems
6. Manage both internal and external communications where required
7. Corporate secretarial support for management and governor meetings
8. Handle administrative duties of organisation as when necessary
9. developing and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, media outlets and community stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
• Candidate must possess at least basic Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Be independent, dependable, self-motivated, creative, warm, outgoing and has good interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and bilingual in English and Mandarin would be advantageous
• Good organizational skills and resourceful with established networks in the industry
• Has an eye for aesthetic, tasteful design/presentation, and knowledge in design/print production process is an advantage
