Support and Coordination:
Assist in the development of scalable models and strategies that empower local teams to implement initiatives efficiently in their respective markets.
Assist in optimizing processes and workflows within the Artist Success division.
Contribute to the creative initiatives that drive artist success, and development of strategies that enhance artist visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Analyze and interpret data, define listenership and viewership patterns, and growth metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Implement Go-To-Market strategies for new services, collaborating with teams to ensure a successful rollout.
Develop, test, and distribute insights, content strategies, case studies, and best practices for internal teams and external communications.
