Role Overview:
As a Business Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of BST’s business by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and create long-term value for our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

· Ideally, have an existing influence and a familiar client base in the local market.
· Understand the local market, related carbon policies, existing carbon technologies, and potential future trends.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
Candidate Profile:
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
· Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1-2 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnership roles, preferably within the environmental, sustainability, or technology sectors.
· Skills:
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
Good understanding of the carbon technology and sustainability markets.
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good network within the sustainability and technology industries.
