Establish company short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
Advise board of directors on strategic issues.
Identify and analyze clients requirements from market trends.
Collect and build the relationship with suppliers and customers.
Build sales, procure, administrate team for normal operations.
Set, create, implement and achieve sales goals.
Manage the company and all employees to improve operation effectiveness and productivity.
Qualification
Fluent and proficient in written & communication in Chinese and English.
At least 5-8 years of work experience of sales & marketing of waste management under manufacturing sector.
Familiar with Chinese and local market.
Good leadership in team building.
Prefer candidate with China working experience.
