We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst Cum Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide system support for the management system modules.
- Perform system UAT for new system modules.
- Monitor system implementation and UAT status.
- Engage business teams to gather business requirements for system or technology.
- Guide and train business users in use of technology and system.
- Provide operational support, including handling system related requests for the management system post go-live.
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
- Resolve operational issues, conduct regular maintenance, and apply necessary updates to maintain the stability and reliability of these applications.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, system support, or relevant.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and BI tools such as Tableau/Qliksense/Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in system implementation and migration.
- Familiarity with OutSystems or similar rapid application development platforms is highly beneficial.
