Degree in Mechanical / Electrical must
Able to manage project / office works
Able to read building mechanical, electrical drwings
Prepare tender, quotation for clients
Preparation of monthly claims
Preparation of daily,weekly, monthly work progress
Attend site, consultant, tender meetings
Familiar with MS Office
Class 3 license must
Pick up / drop worker in the early morning and night time after works
Able to work week ends and public holidays for shutdown jobs
Good interpoersonal and communication skill
Basic understanding of BIM
Able to draw autocad drawings
Minum 12 years of experience in construction M&E industry
