Job Responsibilities
- Assist on Project planning
- Manage the applications in scope, covering organizational responsibilities such as preparing meetings with outsource vendors and internal stakeholders;
- Work with various solution teams such as Application Team to provide support of deployment of software releases in UAT and Production environment.
- Assist in preparation Functional, Technical and User Documentation
- Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and testing of software applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions
- Coordinate closely with support teams to test and deploy defect fixes, enhancements and patches to production environment.
- Provide application support, liaise with user and application vendor to resolve incident and recover service.
- Analyze, investigate, program, test and maintain IT applications using SQL script or other software tools.
- Provide technical expertise on analysing and providing best solution on technical issues in timely and efficiently.
- Formulate a problem solving and decision-making approach to handle issues
- Define action and work plans to address the issues
- Classify change requests according to business guidelines and IT business project plan;
- Do a Trend Analysis all issues or incidents and highlight critical and outstanding issues.
- Enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level and quality.
- Develop and implement a checklist for managing service delivery
- Perform system operations and administration tasks, including checking and monitor multiple systems performance on a daily basis and user management.
- Backup support for Infrastructure as and when needed
- Support company’s events when required
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma – preferred in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or other related field.
- At least 3 year of working experience
- Project Management experience (preferred)
- Analytical, problem-solving, customer oriented, leadership, takes initiative
- Experience with functional specifications documentation, testing and conduct user training
- Able to propose and implement technical solutions to meet user needs
- Experience in Consulting Services, Problem Solving
