- Analyze monthly financial results and business drivers, and provide commentary on the differences between actual results and budget/forecast.
- Oversee and prepare the annual budgeting process, and analyze economic indicators and market trends to create forecasts.
- Collaborate with business units to develop key strategies and recommendations that drive growth and profitability.
- Offer market and business insights and support financial modeling for business proposals and decision-making.
- Assist in implementing governance and internal control initiatives, including enhancing current internal controls and improving Finance department processes and systems.
- Evaluate CAPEX and project profitability, ensuring that cost efficiency and value creation are prioritized.
- Provide guidance on intercompany charges and transfer pricing policies.
- Prepare and generate monthly and quarterly forecast reports for internal management and Group reporting.
- Contribute to the FP&A team’s efforts in building business partnerships and managing enterprise risk.
- Coordinate the review of legal documents with business units and the Group Legal department.
- Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Develop, test, and review functional requirements, and refine financial operating systems as needed
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years experience in FP&A/financial analysis.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Familiarity in Power BI or other data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
- Good in management reporting is preferred
