Job Title: Sales/Telemarketing Executive (Tuition Centre)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Telemarketing Executive to join our tuition center team. If you have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals and a talent for communication and sales, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and existing leads to promote our tuition programs.
- Explain the benefits of our courses and services, focusing on how they can help students excel academically.
- Follow up on inquiries and provide detailed information about tuition packages, schedules, and pricing.
- Convert leads into enrollments by understanding the needs of parents and students.
- Maintain and update the database of leads, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the center.
- Build positive relationships with parents and students to foster long-term engagement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the education or tuition industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.
Job Details:
- Location: In-person at the tuition center or remote (depending on the situation).
- Compensation: Base salary + commission based on performance.
- Work Schedule: Weekday: 1.00pm to 9.30pm, Weekend: 9.00am to 7.30pm
