We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This role involves managing various accounting functions and supporting our team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Perform quarterly GST submissions and manage month-end closing processes.
- Process staff claims and reimbursements for expenses.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare payroll and handle CPF submissions.
- Undertake other administrative duties as assigned by the finance department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
