Responsibilities
- Identify issues and/or possible improvement to existing business processes
- Liaise with business and process owner to document possible changes
- Participate and prepare business requirement for the changes
- Review/sign off of documents/reports/plans
- Actively participate in meeting with the relevant stakeholders
- Attend the Change Control Board meeting before implementation
- Work closely with respective product managers and supporting units to identify system related requirement
- Review of IT expenses GL lines and make clarifications
- Review processes with business, contact center and frontline staff , to get support of the implementation where applicable
- Document the agreed changes
- Ensure the effectiveness of changes implemented
- Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
- Proficient in MS Office
