A SGX listed firm in the Real Estate industry is seeking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.
As part of a 4 man team, the Accounts Executive will be responsible for the daily operational accounting duties (AP,AR,GL), month end closing and preparation of GST.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a reputable company with chance of being converted to a permanent position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Working experience in Property/Real Estate SGX mainboard listed firm is an advantage
- Working experience with Yardi is a distinct advantage
- Direct Big 4 candidates that works with clients from Property/Real Estate SGX mainboard listed firm are preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
