Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead and motivate the project team, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage project budgets and resources, identifyingand and mitigating risks
• Oversee technical aspects, including process design, engineering, and commissioning
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providinng regular updates
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare detailed reports
• Resolve project issues and maintain project momemtum
• Support other company tasks and projects during off-peak times

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry
• Experience with PLC programming, specially Hollysys PLC system
• Strong knowledgement of process design, engineering, and plant commissioning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software
