Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate the project team, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and resources, identifyingand and mitigating risks
- Oversee technical aspects, including process design, engineering, and commissioning
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providinng regular updates
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare detailed reports
- Resolve project issues and maintain project momemtum
- Support other company tasks and projects during off-peak times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry
- Experience with PLC programming, specially Hollysys PLC system
- Strong knowledgement of process design, engineering, and plant commissioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software
