My client a family office is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage full set of accounts for their businesses.
Job Description
- Handles full set of accounts
- Data entry and maintains accurate, complete account transactions.
- Prepare monthly schedules for month-end closing.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
- Perform account analysis to ensure journal entries and balance sheet are correct.
- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of month end reporting.
- Handle GL accounts for a subsidiaries
- Weekly / Monthly Report of Financial Report
Job Requirement
Experience in Full sets of Accounts [ AR, AP, GL ] is Preferred
Able to communicate in Mandarin and understand Chinese as required to deal and work with Mandarin speaking clients
Accounting System : Xero
Willing to work in family office environment with work life balance
