Attachment Description
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible to lead the service teams, identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns & manage all operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee all day to day operations.
2. Manage and maintain inventory as well as monitoring & evaluate all necessary performances.
3. Ability to source, identify and interact with management to help get the best quality stocks for the most competitive price.
4. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.
5. Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the business adhere to all necessary regulations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Strong client-facing with excellent internal and external communication skills.
2. Ability to diffuse tense situation between clients, suppliers and team members.
3. Possess the necessary business management skills to manage the operational parts of a business.
4. Effective leadership and management abilities.
