As a Response Officer, you ensure smooth car park operations by resolving car park and motorist issues, perform enforcement duties and preventive maintenance audits.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Conduct physical patrols to perform scanning duties and identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues.
· Ensure car park vacant lots are accurately reflected on the main signage.
· Resolve minor technical issues such as barrier drops, cash card and system issues.
· Respond to motorist issues and resolve or escalate to the relevant teams.
· Ensure adequate car park supplies such as parking receipts at car park terminals.
· Perform enforcement duties such as issuing of illegal parking notices and wheel clamping.
Perform preventive maintenance audit as required by customers.
Requirements
· Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B/2A/2 driving licence.
· Willing to perform rotating shifts including night shifts and weekends.
· Willing to perform work outdoors and travel between various car parks.
Basic English literacy to write reports and operate systems.
