Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender clarifications, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to cost and pricing calculations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Coordinate tender reviews and manage submission deadlines.
- Attend meetings as necessary to clarify tender requirements and align with client needs.
- Prepare pricing, including the costing of manpower resources, and verify manpower resource requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements or are appropriately qualified.
- Ensure that proposals are comprehensive, innovative where necessary, and fully address the client's requirements.
- Handle post-submission clarifications and revisions in response to changes in the client's requirements.
- Apply knowledge of cost economics to enhance the accuracy and competitiveness of tenders.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in designing slides and presentations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to strategize based on client requirements.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of cost economics.
