Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle booking and arrangement for restaurant, land tour and transportation
- Manage, purchase and issuing of attraction tickets through B2B portal
- Manage booking and payment of meal coupons
- Advanced preparation of documents such as the rooming list and tickets prior to the customers’ arrival, departure and tours
- Guide & Tour Assignment with guide schedule distribution
- Ensure seamless communication with Japan JTB sales office and other channels which comes through phone calls & emails that are direct liaised by Japanese Speaking Operations Executive about their booking
- Timely update of report for local optional land tours booking
- Handle appointment arrangement for shooting tour
- Attend site inspection and delivery
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
- Work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry is advantage
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field is advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude
