Job Descriptions
Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction with recruitment services
- Upsell and cross-sell additional recruitment services to existing clients
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely resolution of any issues
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs
- Stay updated on competitors' activities and industry developments
Brand and Marketing Initiatives
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the agency
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, including LinkedIn etc.
Recruitment Support
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
Administrative
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.
The Successful Applicant
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, or strongly interested in starting a career in the sales industry (Guidance provided)
- Strong communication and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
