Job Info:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Toh Guan, West Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle various aspects of accounts receivable:Issue invoices for lease sales, including new communication systems and modifications.
Create ad-hoc invoices for card key billing, proximity cards, etc.
Prepare termination documents for systems, including issuing credit notes for refunding subscription fees and deposits, and generating invoices for dismantling charges.
Produce monthly aged accounts receivable reports and delinquent debts reports for management.
- Prepare and dispatch statements of account (SOA) to customers on a timely basis.
- Arrange for GIRO applications to be sent to the bank for approval and follow up to update the status in the accounting system.
- Assist in resolving internal and external disputes related to accounts receivable, including confirming security deposits collected from customers and addressing customer requests for invoices.
- Handle other finance-related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
