Job Responsibilities :
• Generate and engage new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals, negotiating terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to clients.
Job Requirements :
• Experience in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Possesses strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong customer orientation and customer relationship mindset.
• Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
