Job Description:
- Lead, plan and manage Defects Team for all defect works
- Check, supervise and inspect (as appropriate) all civil, structural, architectural and external works performed by subcontractors on site to ensure that quality works are produced.
- Liaise with client's representatives on the inspection of work.
- Consult and inform immediate supervisor on any problems related to Quality matters.
- Assist in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects by the appropriate subcontractors.
