As the Junior Studio Manager for our Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the studio operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting the Video & Photo specialists in delivering high-quality production work.

We will be acquiring a brand new studio space and you will be incharge of running and bringing it to the next level to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Production Studio
- Coordinate and manage the setup of all necessary equipment for photo and video shoots, ensuring everything is in place and functioning correctly before production begins.
- Work closely with Video & Photo Specialists to understand equipment needs and preferences for each shoot.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all Secretlab Products from prototypes, golden samples to mass production
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all studio equipment, props, and production materials.
- Track and manage the availability of products needed for shoots, ensuring they are sourced, stored, and organised effectively.
- Regularly inspect and maintain all studio equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition, performing repairs or arranging for servicing as needed.
- Plan and manage the renewal and upgrading of equipment to keep up with technological advancements and production requirements.
- Ensure that the studio space is clean, organised, and conducive to high-quality production work.
- Implement and maintain effective organisational systems for equipment storage and workspace arrangement.
- Provide hands-on support to Live Action Specialists during shoots, assisting with equipment adjustments, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating smooth production processes.
- Anticipate and address any logistical or operational needs that arise during production.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the studio, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Stay informed about industry standards and regulations related to studio safety and make necessary adjustments to practices and policies.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of studio management experience
- 2 to 3 years of technical equipment proficiency, from handling to maintenance
- Good technical understanding of: Sony camera systems, Continuous Lighting and Strobe Lighting, Aputure and Godox lighting systems
- Ability to perform basic rigging and grip work
- Experience working on set with a small crew
