Job Title: Building General Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise site staff and laborers.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control .
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
