In this role, you will support:
- the Continuous professional development course offerings by the ISCA Academy and the operational needs to execute these offerings.
- the execution and operation of our e-learning platform, manage data for reporting and data-driven insights, and support the development of engaging courses to ensure the smooth function of our training initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have relatively strong skillsets relating to effective communication, data management, eye for details, instructional design and technical proficiency with learning management systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with trainers on the scheduling of funded and non-funded courses and other training matters
- Support course planning, administration, and promotion of courses, monitor and evaluate training feedback reports to continuously improve the courses
- Collaborate with trainers and partners to review and curate courses and content for different member segments and target audience
- Facilitate funding and relevant administration of courses
- Follow up on and promote newly launched learning hours packages, courses and programmes
- Work with external parties for course offerings and marketing initiatives
- Prepare reports and perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the HOD and Reporting Officer
- Support ad-hoc initiatives of ISCA
Requirements:
- Degree in any disciplines
- Possession of WSQ Advanced Certified in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) / WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) will be an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Competent in Microsoft applications, e.g. Excel. Data analytics skills will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills, resourceful and independent.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a good team player.
