Job Description :
- Check site monthly progres work done, do progress claim
- Take charge variation order cost analysis, submit VO quotation
- Carry out payment certificate for sub-contractor
- Check sub-contractor VO quotation, compare & negotiate the price
- Contact preliminary supplier, request quotation, confirm price and issue PO to supplier
- Establish the project cost estimation and control procedures
- Control of Monthly Proress Payment to the LTA
Requirements
- 2 -3 years of QS experience in main contractor company handling large scale buildings/infrastructure projects
- Able to comunicate effectively to liaise with client & sub-contractors
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
