The Leasing Manager will drive sales origination for our corporate business through existing channels of Vendors as well as developing new relationships with potential vendors and direct clients, focusing on leasing, instalment sales and vendor finance. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing client and vendor relationships, and ensuring the successful negotiation and execution of financing agreements.
Sales Origination: Develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in technology, office automation and medical space.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with corporate clients, tailoring leasing solutions to meet their technology needs.
Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with resellers, distributors and manufacturers tailoring financing solutions to meet their funding needs.
Structuring: Prepare and manage complex, structured transactions and accounts, working collaboratively with our risk team and other internal functions. Prepare and present documentation for review with credit, risk and investment committees.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations for vendor programs, financing agreements, ensuring favourable terms for vendors, clients and the company.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
Team Collaboration: Work with finance, legal, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing agreements and funding.
Compliance: Ensure all financing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate sales finance experience – technology, asset finance.
• Proven track record of sales success, particularly in closing complex financing structures.
• Excellent relationship, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Highly motivated and energetic with a proven ability to work independently to achieve sales
