Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives in assigned markets
- Actively manage distributors on plans and executions
- Sales will include Retailers and Foodservice (HORECA)
- Manage Advertising and Promotion Budget, Pricing, Incentives, claims, etc.
- Strong plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage forecasts, orders, customer and market issues
- Market intelligence of industry trends, F&B movements, competition, and new opportunities
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in Retails and/or Foodservice
- Direct experience in sales to foodservice establishments (HORECA) in Singapore with ingredients, sauces, and consumables
- Social Media savvy (you monitor this space, and take actions to elevate our exposure towards trial of our products)
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and have a high emotional quotient (EQ)
- Own your own car (you will be entitled to a transport allowance)
- Very good interpersonal skills
