Responsibilities:
- Monitor the movement of goods.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Track shipments, and resolve issues during transit.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and inventory movements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
