Job Description
Manage all activities in the accounts payable/receivable function.
- Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports.
- Manage collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts.
- Recommend improvements to accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Assistant Finance Manager with other accounting tasks.
Requirement
- Completed successfully formal training / courses in Accounting.
- Mimimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a SME setting.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familair with Accounting software.
- 5 day work week.
- Report to Finance Manager
