Responsibilities
- Supervise construction & architecture related works, maintain building quality control and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification, drawings, instruction etc.
- Supervision of the construction of the structural works under the Building Control Act and to render all assistance as may be required by the consultant.
- Familiar with PPVC Construction would be advantage
- To carry out all duties required of a RTO under the BCA regulation
- Well-versed in Local (Singapore) Regulatory Requirements
i.e. Approved Document, Accessibility Code, FSSD requirement - Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ local (Singapore) experience as a C&S/Architectural RTO
- Possess a valid RTO Certificate
- Experience in HDB BTO projects
- Registered with IES/ACES
- Good Command of Autocad/IT knowledge
- 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays (9am-6pm)
