Admissions Operations
- Support the delivery of a personalised experience (visit of otherwise) for each prospective parent and pupil that reflects on the Brighton College brand
- Answer Admissions phone calls and emails and/or direct appropriately
- Manage the Enrolment process for families, including supporting their on-boarding and collection of all relevant documents prior to joining the College
- Assist with the promotion of the school at internal and external events with prospective new parents throughout the year
- Other duties as directed by the Leadership team
Parent Support
- Manage feedback and enquiries from enrolled families, directing queries to the appropriate parties
- Support post-enrolment parent by assisting/directing them appropriately (e.g. replacement of parent ID, car decal, troubleshoot meal top-ups etc)
- Support the off-boarding process for pupils who are leaving the College by liaising with the relevant staff
- Administer and prepare reports on parent surveys.
Reception/Front Desk
- Maintains a daily presence at the Pre-Prep office, in support of parents, pupils and Pre-Prep staff
- Liaises with the school nurse and class teachers as required.
- Supports parents who need to enter and exit the campus outside ‘normal’ pick up and drop off times
- Receives and cares for children who have not been picked up on time, as requested by staff
- Supports requests from teaching staff, in liaison with the School Secretary
- Maintains security by following procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service to parents
