Leading the way in financial IT service market in Korea, we now seek to expand our expertise to the APAC. With LG CNS Singapore, you will embark on a journey to deliver cutting-edge IT technologies to APAC clients, which have been proven successful in Korea and become an industry-leading Digital Transformation expert.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their queries with IT expertise and concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and work with managing senior stakeholders to develop strategies to win new business
· Understand the dynamics of participants in the Singapore financial IT market and identify appropriate position and IT service offerings of LG CNS Singapore based on it
· Keen on the business practices of the financial IT market in Singapore with expertise in the process from RFP to winning a contract and write necessary documents throughout the work stream.
· Establish a governance that all core business documents are delivered in both English and Korean
Required Skills:
· Fluent in English and Korean; Writing, Speaking.
· A motivated individual with a great sense of responsibility.
· A work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail oriented team player.
· Effective written and verbal communication (Both English and Korean)
· Able to work independently taking full accountable for end to end business development and managing senior stakeholders
· Ability to think and act strategically across a wide range of business situations

· Holistic and incremental change skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Skills:
· Excellent understanding of the IT contract lifecycle and business development
· Excellent understanding of diverse business territories in banking IT
· Good understanding of front to back system architecture – banking product lifecycles
Preferred Education:
· Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
