Responsibilities:
- Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
- Estimating quantity as per approved engineering submission and actual onsite changes.
- Coordinate with site engineering and construction team to finalize and certify the actual physical work done to facilitate monthly claim,
- Process claims, contract payments as well as maintaining proper documentation.
- Assist in managing project budgeting, cash flow control, and cost management.
- Liaise with consultants to manage claims and payment disputes with contractors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying/Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience
- Familiar with public project contract administration
- Detailed and meticulous
- Experience in Water Management / Waste Management facilities and infrastructure projects will be an advantage
