The Business Development Manager will be a crucial member of the HQ Core Team, responsible for driving business growth and increasing the profile and revenue of the company's group of clinics. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing commercial initiatives to enhance clinic visibility, footfall, and service utilization. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Financial Controller, Operations Manager, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with COO / CMO to develop and implement strategies to increase clinic profile, service awareness, and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and design relevant
- Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and presentations to build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Strengthen network relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Work with the Operations Manager to enhance Primary Care Network (PCN) involvement and promote the utilization of auxiliary services (e.g., X-Ray, Treadmills) by partner GP clinics.
- Develop strategies to increase Healthier SG enrolment for the group's clinics.
Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in business development and account management roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to identify business opportunities.
- Good understanding of corporate employee benefits, government health programs, and funding.
- Experience in RFQ/tender submissions is essential.
- Background in healthcare and marketing is a plus.
