Job Description:
- Responsible for carrying out all administrative tasks associated with your position, including lesson plans, schemes of work and class registers.
- Integration of the International Learn to Swim Framework and programmes reward schemes into your classes.
- Delivering an Olympic standard service to customers, responding accurately to all customer enquiries relating to all bookings. Enrol customers onto our programme and ensure that all relevant files and records are updated, including our online booking system.
- Continually develop product knowledge as it relates to our programme and events to enrich the Customer Journey.
- Work with the Directors(s) to develop and implement new systems and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and to foresee possible delays or complication and help plan strategies to avoid or minimise them.
- Teaching water confidence & water safety.
- Helping students to overcome their fear of water.
