JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations
- Monitor working time and overtime of staff.
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Instruct and manage operations executives and site supervisors on cleaning operations.
- Make regular visits to cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness.
- Plan and implement cleaning timetable, manpower and equipment utilisation.
- Prepare operational reports including all accidents or incidents for management review.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Raise requests for purchases when necessary.
- Assist with any other operational matters as directed by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably with experience in cleaning industry through various channels.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license & driving experience is preferred.
- Must be able to perform shift duties.
- Must be able to work on weekends/PH.
- Must have knowledge in various cleaning solutions and their uses.
- Able to multi-task and Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Possess good leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
- Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
