· Provide guidance and support to teachers in the delivery of the curriculum.
· Organize and facilitate professional development workshops, seminars, and training sessions for teaching staff.
· Mentor and coach teachers to improve instructional practices and student outcomes.
Academic Assessment and Evaluation:
· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs through regular observation and feedback.
· Coordinate the administration of standardized tests and internal assessments.
· Analyze student performance data and provide recommendations for instructional improvements..
Student Support and Achievement:
· Develop and implement programs to support student achievement, including remedial and enrichment programs.
· Collaborate with teachers and counselors to address the academic needs of students.
· Monitor student progress and work with teachers to adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Parent and Community Engagement:
· Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, curriculum changes, and school events.
· Organize parent-teacher meetings and academic workshops for parents.

Academic Administration
· Assist in the development of the school’s academic calendar, including the scheduling of classes, exams, and school events.
· Maintain records of academic programs, student performance, and teacher evaluations.
· Work closely with the school’s administrative team to ensure that academic policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
· Ensure that the school’s academic programs comply with local, state, and national education regulations.
· Assist in preparing the school for accreditation reviews and implementing any required changes.
Subject Knowledge and Methodological Competence as a teacher
· Demonstrate the necessary subject knowledge and methodological strategies to effectively educate students.
· Assist in managing curriculum and study courses for the students’ development.
· Provide students with structure and support in a safe learning environment to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and morally.
· Introduce new study patterns among the students to develop their interest and do regular studies.
· Give practical analysis of the courses to create interest.
· Develop the lesson plan in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and presents the lesson plans to the academic coordinators for approval.
· Plan lessons based on inquiry, focussed on conceptual understanding, differentiated to meet the needs of all learners and informed by assessment (formative and summative)
· Review the feedback from the academic coordinators and revises the lesson plans accordingly
· Keep up to date with the latest teaching aids, such as the use of technology in classroom learning, and integrate these into the teaching process
· Create challenging and engaging learning opportunities for students, and fosters a classroom atmosphere that is conducive for learning
· Develop worksheets, handouts, and other learning materials in line with the lesson plan and curriculum, as well as the assessments and examinations.
· Responsible for the timely marking and correction of assignments completed by the students
Organizational Competence:
· Create a well-organized, orderly and task-oriented learning environment.
· Assess students’ progress and reports to the principal about them. Conduct assessment tests to evaluate students’ progress
· Assess, records and reports on the development, progress and results of students

· Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, teaching approaches, content and professional knowledge

Job Requirements -
· Graduate & bachelor’s in education (Specialisation in Subject for middle & senior school)
· Preferred Masters in the desired Subject with International Teaching Qualification / Certificate that qualifies for accreditation according to IB educational system OR Cambridge Curriculum.
· Computer literacy is required to work on software.
· Fluent English Level: reading, writing, speaking; a professional command of the English language.
· Strong technology application skills.
· Ability to support Blended cum Hybrid Learning.
· Competent in applying the principles of Digital Pedagogy.
