Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Associate with a strong background in payroll management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire payroll processing cycle, including overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, claims, and statutory payments.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals, and cost allocations for Finance.
- Distribute electronic payslips to employees promptly.
- Oversee tax clearance, monthly CPF submissions, and annual income tax filings.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and client executives, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll management, preferably with SAP Payroll. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is desirable but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and client executives.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Business Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and processes.
