Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality in every product.
- Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts, adhering to Leckerbaer’s recipes and standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, mentoring, and scheduling, to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, seasonal offerings, and new product innovations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
