Job Overview: The Operations Manager will be a key member of the HQ Company Core Team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational activities across a group of clinics. This role involves close collaboration with the Financial Controller, Business Development Manager, and other teams to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. The Operations Manager will handle clinic setup, contract negotiations, onboarding processes, and daily operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute clinic setup activities.
- Negotiate contracts with partner labs, suppliers, and other service providers.
- Oversee the onboarding of clinics to various healthcare panels and programs.
- Monitor and report on clinic operations regularly.
- Ensure accurate execution and billing of client contracts.
- Ensure clinics are operationally ready with adequate staff, medication, and resources.
- Approve clinic-level orders, staff leave applications, and additional work allowances.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all clinics.
- Maintain employee standards, compliance, and discipline.
- Work closely with Clinic Managers to address operational issues and performance.
- Hold regular meetings with clinic teams to review and resolve any urgent matters.
- Execute tasks assigned by the COO / CMO as per business needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare management or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to various clinic locations as needed.
