JOB DESCRIPTION
•Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
•Manage teams of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
•Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure that projects meet their requirements and are completed to the highest standards
•Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, using cutting-edge technology and best practices
•Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements
•Manage project risk and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget
•Communicate project progress and issues to senior management, clients, and stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in construction field
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials methods, and systems
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
