Job Description
- Support for overseas investment by Japanese companies in the ASEAN region, etc.
- Overall deal process / task flow: Having general understanding of the deal process and a strong commitment to the entire process
- Material preparation: Performing research and preparing presentation materials as directed by seniors for deal generation and execution purpose
- Negotiation / Coordination: Assist in the communication between various parties involved in the M&A process, including legal / financial professionals, as well as senior executives from target companies, with direction from senior members
- Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and communication process between various parties involved in the M&A process, as directed by senior members
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or relevant
- Language skills in Bahasa Melayu and Thai is required to liaise with clients and stakeholders in the respective countries for M&A discussions.
- Literate in Computer & MS office Application
- Around 3 years of experience in M&A advisory / M&A transaction advisory / Corporate investment / corporate financing
- Experience in using financial statements
- Possessing, or being willing to acquire, basic knowledge on financial valuation and financial modelling
