Condominium Manager
Performing the roles of Residential Manager (RM) as a team lead to oversee a team of on-site staff, operational matters, administration work and etc. Work closely with client to meet deliveries and outcome/output.
What this job involves: Day-to-day managing of operations in the condominium that you are assigned to.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Managing a team on-site and reporting directly to the headquarters portfolio manager
- Play a key role in our delivery of quality property management services to clients.
- Drive initiatives that helps to achieve the highest service levels expected by our clients.
- Build strong relationships with the team, property’s council members and residents.
- Plan the daily operations and ensure the general maintenance of the condominium.
- Prepare and implement an emergency/crisis management plan.
- Keep all details in check, specifically in terms of budget and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Strong Grip of BMSMA laws related to a condominium.
- Comes across as polished and well-versed in both oral and written communication.
- Possesses positivity and a can-do attitude.
- Able to effectively resolves conflicts while maintaining professionalism in the process.
- Can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a solid know-how of the most recent technology (familiar with Sharepoint, Excel, PP, MST etc.).
