The Role:
Responsible for all renovation, upgrading and facility development projects under the management of MNH. He/she will lead a cross-function team working with various stakeholders in meeting project timeline, budget and objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead budgeting process and secure approval from the management before the start of the project
- Overseeing the facility management aspect of all external facilities outside MNH.
- Organize the working team to ensure relevant stakeholders are represented
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the project objectives and agreed on the design or project outcomes before implementation
- Ensure vendors & contractors are managed according to hospital’s protocol and requirement
- Evaluate the performance of vendors and contractors
- Ensure proper risk assessments are conducted with relevant parties. Ensure safety and security standards are complied with.
- Provide regular updates to the management on the progress and budget expenditure
- Propose to management on potential cost cutting measures and initiatives
- Perform other assigned duties.
Experience and Qualification:
- Engineering Degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in Facility Management/Development, M&E or building related services
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager or lead
- Experience in healthcare environment is preferable
- Familiar with local laws & regulations related to building management and healthcare setting
- Budget planning and control
- Good understanding of the needs of the clinician and administrator

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
