Responsibilities
- Flight booking arrangements
- Hotel booking arrangements
- Medical booking arrangements as per Oil Major requirements
- Transport booking arrangements
- Prepare a Letter of Guarantee for joining crew
- Prepare crew employment contract
- Prepare crew cash and meal allowance reimbursements
- Updating the crew information in the Crew Database
- Applying of the ICA s/on & s/off letters
- Preparing the necessary documents & Invitation letters for crew visa application
- Liaise & coordinate with 3rd party manning agencies for the smooth deployment of crew
- Checking the authenticity of the crew's national COC & GOC with the respective Maritime organization
- Checking of the monthly payroll reports for salary disbursement
- Assist the Crewing Manager whenever required
- Any other administrative works as required by the Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in recruiting offshore crewing or handling crewing admin matters,
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to work independently and as a team
