Job Responsibilities:

2. Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose optimized solutions using OutSystems.
3. Translate Requirements: Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team, leveraging OutSystems features.
4. Collaborate with IT Professionals: Work closely with OutSystems developers, designers, and other IT experts to align business needs with technical solutions.
5. Validate Solutions: Ensure that OutSystems solutions meet defined requirements through user acceptance testing.
6. Provide Training and Support: Train end-users on OutSystems applications and provide ongoing support.
7. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest OutSystems platform features and best practices.
8. Hands on Experience: Able to configure basic Outsystems functions to produce quick proof-of-concepts.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in OutSystems development.
3. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
