Position overview
The Operations Trainee has the responsibility to perform a supporting role in our Farm startup phase. He/she will assist the HODs and managers to plan, coordinate, and execute various tasks in the specific domains to meet overall start-up targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understudy the specific operation needs of the farm.
- Support the daily activities for the start-up of our new plant which include coordination with the internal stakeholders as well as suppliers and contractors.
- Responsible for the logistics arrangement of all equipment installation.
- Support the tasks in the testing and commissioning phases.
- Prepare information and update schedule and key milestones of project in progress.
- Review all necessary documents required by the project.
- Conduct final verification and quality audit for completed line jointly with main contractor and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the operations, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems.
- Develop standard operating procedures for operations and preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Automation or Building Management. Similar qualifications in Science , Business or other related areas will also be considered.
- No experience required for this trainee position as training will be provided.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Some knowledge of safety protocols and procedures will be beneficial.
