Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial reporting and variance analysis of financial statements.
- Ensure all corporate and financial matters are complying and adhere to all statutory / SEC / US GAAP / SOX requirements and company financial policies.
- Prepare group consolidation of accounts, forecast and analysis in compliance with the SEC reporting requirements.
- Prepare reports & analysis on 10Q / 10K pack for audit review.
- Liaise with overseas accountant to facilitate reconciliation and consolidation.
- Ensure that accounting reports are in compliance with approved accounting regulations, standards and practices.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or ACCA or CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Possess hands-on experience in preparation of consolidated financial reports and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
